• No refunds will be issued for domain registration fees.

3. Free Domain with Hosting

• If you received a free domain registration with your hosting package, and you choose to cancel within the 7-day refund period, the refund will be processed with the domain registration fee deducted.

4. Refund Calculation

• In cases where a refund is applicable, 90% of the hosting amount will be refunded.
• The remaining 10% will be retained to cover service tax and gateway taxes associated with the initial transaction.

5. Refund Process

• To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within the first 7 days of your subscription.
• Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment. Please allow a reasonable period for the refund to be completed.
